The “Birdie“. As the above title already suggests this is the very first drawing of this series.
It was drawn with the only restriction: ‘Do not think about anything what you want to draw! Just draw without thinking.’ For this, I put myself in a meditative state, whereafter I let my hand do its own business. The end result has the resemblance of a bird’s head. Hence, its name.
This is an interesting result, because, at the time of creation, I did not have the intention at all to launch a website for this experiment with the word ‘Bird’ in its name, let alone making a drawing of a bird’s head for it to be the introductory piece.
